Afghan officials have affirmed that 19-year-old young footballer Zaki Anwari has lost his life subsequent to falling from a US airplane departing Kabul.
Anwari was one of the young football players at the national level and was one of many individuals who frantically attempted to escape the locale by racing to the Kabul air terminal after the Taliban’s new takeover.
A large number of residents amassed the Kabul airport, doing anything they could to attempt to get on a plane bringing off down the tarmac.
According to Afghani media reports that something like two individuals fell to their demises from the US C-17 military plane, while the US air force affirmed human remains were found in the landing gear of the airplane.
Afghanistan’s General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports wrote in a proclamation on Facebook: “May he rest in heaven and pray to God for his family, friends, and sports colleagues.”
Companions, family, football fans, and previous colleagues gave tribute on social media to honor Anwari.
In a sad last Facebook post before his dismal passing, Anwari said: “You’re the painter of your life. Don’t give the paintbrush to anyone else.
The young football player wasn’t the only one who died during military planes departing Kabul International Airport recently.
While most of the people who climbed onto the airplane as it took off down the runway, in the end, jumped off, a few clung on even after it started reaching for the sky.
The shocking footage was shared on the internet showing two people falling from the US military plane.
