Take a look at the video below (Warning strong content) :
Melissa Carter, the head at Central Elementary School in Clewiston, Hendry County, Florida, was rebuffing the young lady who was blamed for causing $50 harm to a PC.
In the upsetting video, the young lady is compelled to twist around and seems to be restrained by school clerk Cecilia Self while Carter stands to the side holding a wooden bat. She at that point whacks the youngster with the paddle, making her jump and stand up, just to be scolded for reacting.
“No! Put your hands down!” the instructor yells.
The instructor at that point hits the kid twice more, while she cries and asks: “No! No!”
Her stunned mother watched the scene and said she didn’t understand what was happening a result of a language barrier, so covertly recorded it on her cell phone.
The mum, who communicates in Spanish, disclosed to Wink News: “The hatred with which she hit my daughter, I mean it was a hatred that. Really, I had never hit my daughter as she hit her, I had never hit her.”
The mother said she had gone to the school to pay the expense of fixing the PC and was stunned when the beating started.
While in tears she said: “Nobody would have believed me, I sacrificed my daughter, so all parents can realise what’s happening in this school.”
This type of punishment is restricted in Hendry County, where the kid was hit, yet police said the crime was not committed A police report was recorded against Carter and Self on April 13.
According to wink news police said: “It is clear using a paddle to spank a child is not likely to cause death or great bodily harm,”
